Sometimes when we clicked the tiles, there's no errors in the backend error logs, such as /IWFND/ERROR_LOG, /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG, /IWFND/APPS_LOG, none of them shows errors.

However, we can use the browser's console to see what happens
