  1. in your Windows 2012 VM desktop, please click the VMWare vSphere

  1. In the login screen, please use your ID, and same password as you login to fandezhi.com domain

  1. You will see the full list of VMware guest systems. Only the ones that you own will enable full VM admin access

  1. If the VM is not owned by yourself, these options will be greyed out

How would I see my Redhat / Suse Graphic console?

The easiest way will be, open the VMware vSphere, right click the Linux VM that owned by yourself, then 'Open Console'

Then the Linux GUI will show up! This is very useful when you tried to play around with it, or, install SAP
