Which environment were you in? the SAP help link configuration within SR13 can be changed any time to match the actual system version/patch. However in any case the Server name normally is help.sap.com

For example, do a ramdom search the plainhtmlhttp can be configured to connect to the following... You may need to choose a proper path for your specific SAP version
