This would be the URL issue. please replace the s4app1.efglobe.com:8080 to be webgui.efglobe.com

Also we figured out the web dispatcher server was down which caused the webgui apps not working. We have just started it.

Think the webgui.efglobe.com port 80 is not working due to the proxy. So pointing directly to the web dispatcher would work. The URL would be:

http://webgui.efglobe.com:8888/sap/bc/nwbc/?sap-client=100&sap-language=EN&sap-nwbc-node=root&sap-theme=sap_corbu
