Can not release purchase order

When I click release purchase order ,  then system ask me to provide user name and password , but i can not log on, see below screenshot:  would you please provide your expertize , thanks!

Client should be 001

Logon Fiori:  Click Manage purchase order:  Go into purchase order overview screen:  Choose First purchase order, and click it:  Then system opens another tab to ask provide user name and password:  I modify client to 001 and logon:  Error message as below:  If I go to original screen, there is a popup window: 

From the log it shows something about the Fiori chip, which is related to the patch that we recently applied and caused some of the catalogs / tiles missing reference link. We'll need to look into some notes and fix it...
